아이콘을 제작 및 편집을 하거나 추출할 때 사용하는 IcoFX 이다.

 

프리웨어인데 비해 기능은 상당히 좋고 무설치로 만들수 있으며, 아무곳에서나 놓고 실행하면 된다. 그리고 한글이 지원된다는 점이 보다 프로그램을 쉽고 편리하게 사용자 인터페이스에 접근할 수 있으므로 사용하기가 쉽다. 페인트 닷넷이 한 가지 흠이라면 아이콘 확장자를 읽지 못한다는 것이고, Xnview는 읽었다 해도 재저장하면 투명화 기능이 깨진다는 것이다. 그래서 아이콘 편집기는 필요한 프로그램중에 하나이다.
