Introduction

 

How does ThinMgr help with Thinstall/LANDesk captures?

 

ThinMgr acts as a management utility for Thinstall VS (Virtualization Suite) and LANDesk AV (Application Virtualization). Original Thinstall and LANDesk product does NOT contain any GUI (Graphical User Interface) tool to manage and edits these captures.

 

 

 

 

What is ThinMgr?

 

ThinMgr is a freeware utility that help manages all your Thinstall VS & LANDesk AV captures. It includes built-in functions to make your captures management easier than you could ever imagine. Not to mention that ThinMgr is the onLY (unofficial) management tool for Thinstall/LANDesk. You won't get this kind of utility with Thinstall/LANDesk product.

 

 

 

How ThinMgr works?

 

ThinMgr works by providing GUI tool which from one application, you can create new capture, edit current capture, applies merging, backup captures and more! ThinMgr is indeed a must have tool if you're a Thinstall/LANDesk users.

 

 

 

Supported Platform & Version

 

ThinMgr works on the following Platform:

• Windows XP Home Edition with SP2

• Windows XP Pro Edition with SP2

• Windows Vista (all edition)

You may run ThinMgr on other platforms than described above, but there is no guarantee that ThinMgr will works on those platforms.

 

In addition, ThinMgr supports all version of Thinstall VS (up to version 3.080) & LANDesk AV (up to version 3.104
